Caterpillars, Cocoons, and Butterflies
For our 3-5 year olds we offer songs, stories, crafts and snacks centered around Bible stories. Children are supervised by adult volunteers and we use an age-appropriate curriculum that is custom-designed for Faith Lutheran.
Grades 1-4
We use a rotation model to teach lessons of the Bible. These lessons are on a 4-6 week rotation, teaching the same theme verse and lesson through a variety of mediums: storytelling, games, food, science, art, drama/music, and movies.
Workshop leaders volunteer for a 6 week commitment to teach the lesson, and shepherds are volunteers who commit to helping follow the class throughout the year. They also do special family projects during Advent and Lent.
Grades 5-6
We're gonna Grapple! We begin with snacks & music, then we gather for games, a Bible search, activities and discussion. All new this year! Come join us!
Grades 7-9
Volunteers lead the young people in Bible study, games, lessons, and movies that bring God’s word into a language that is relevant to their life and development. Teens enjoy hanging out in the youth room and participating in these discussions. (Donuts and juice are a big draw too!)
